We will meet on the second floor of the Davis Library at the Odum Institute Room 219.

The first session of R Open Labs will assist attendees with getting oriented in the R Studio software and R programming language. We will cover some of the basics of defining and working with objects in R. While this session will focus on new R users, more experienced users are welcome to attend to refresh their memory and connect with other researchers on campus.

Please bring a laptop with R and R Studio installed. If you have problems installing the software, please arrive 15 minutes early (1:45 PM) so we can assist you.

  1. To install R, click here and select your operating system.
  2. To install R Studio, a tool that makes working in R faster and easier, go here.
