A big thank you to those who attended our first lab last week! We were excited to see so many people interested and enthusiastic in joining an R community.
We are very sorry about the limited seating, but unfortunately there will be no larger rooms available until the current phase of the Davis Library Infrastructure Project has been completed on the second floor. You will be happy to know the construction phase is scheduled to finish at the end of this month/early October, after which more room options will become available. We will be sure to keep you updated on this issue.
The lessons presented at each lab are now available from the website sidebar.
Chelsea Estancona from the Odum Institute will join us in leading tomorrow’s lab. We will cover loading packages, setting working directories and begin working with data sets. There will likely be more time for practice, discussion and questions.
